On 3 June 2026 Goran Basarac, President of the Management Board of Agencija ALAN , delivered a presentation at the ASDA 2026 conference, held at the Westin Hotel in Zagreb. During his presentation, he introduced the Agency's mandate, core activities, and future strategic directions, with particular emphasis on strengthening industrial cooperation with partners from the defence and security sector. He also presented the Agency's new activities and expanded responsibilities arising from tasks entrusted by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia. These include analysing the requirements for the development of a national ammunition manufacturing capability, as well as establishing partnerships with industry to develop new, commercially sustainable and internationally competitive defence capabilities.
